Ustadh Ehab Abdul Rasheed

Born and educated in Cairo, Ustadh Ehab Abdul Rasheed, graduated from the Ain Shams University with a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Literature in 1997. In 2004, he gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the world-renowned Al-Azhar University.
Since 1999, Ehab has successfully taught Arabic as a foreign language at the Diwan Centre, Cairo to hundreds of international students from diverse backgrounds. His specialism and experience in this area has enabled him to produce tailor-made courses for students of Arabic as well as training courses for Instructors of Arabic to non-native speakers.
More recently, Ehab has transferred his expertise and subject knowledge to the print form. He has written course texts such as ‘Illustrated Rhetoric’, and co-authored ‘Arabic for the World’ – a three-part series for teaching Arabic as a foreign language.
In July 2017, Abu Zahra Foundation appointed him as the lead instructor for the one-year full-time Arabic programme.
